What we collect

Account data: your email address and interface language. Learning data: your answers, practice progress, and simulation attempts (used to power features like mistake review). That is all — no names, no addresses, no phone numbers.

Analytics without cookies

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. For this reason the site shows no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Payment data

Payments are handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle's processing of your data is described in Paddle's privacy policy.

Processors

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform: Paddle (payments), Titan (email delivery of sign-in links), our hosting provider, and Plausible (cookieless analytics). We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Retention and your rights (GDPR)

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account from the account page immediately and permanently deletes your email, progress, attempts, and purchases record on our side.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL, cnil.fr). For any request: info@civiqprep.com.
