How to request a refund

Email info@civiqprep.com from the address you purchased with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refunds are considered case by case (for example, for technical problems that prevented you from using the service). Contact us and we will look at it fairly.
