What CiviqPrep is

CiviqPrep (civiqprep.com) is an online preparation platform for the French civic exam ("examen civique"). It offers practice questions in French with translations and explanations in Georgian and Russian, and timed mock-exam simulations.

CiviqPrep is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the French Ministère de l'Intérieur, the CCIP, or France Éducation International. Official information about the exam is available at formation-civique.interieur.gouv.fr. Official question texts are reused under the Etalab Open License 2.0.

No guarantee of exam results

CiviqPrep is a preparation and simulation tool. Using it does not guarantee that you will pass the official exam. Exam content, format, and administration are controlled solely by the approved operators. While we work to keep our content accurate and aligned with the official programme, we cannot guarantee completeness or that official content has not changed.

Accounts

You sign in with an email address using one-time sign-in links. You are responsible for access to your email inbox. You may delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Free and paid access

A free tier gives limited access to questions and one mini-simulation. Paid plans ("Full", "Full+") are one-time purchases that unlock additional content for a fixed period shown at purchase (no subscription, no automatic renewal).

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices include applicable VAT where required.

Acceptable use

Paid access is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the platform content (translations and explanations are our copyrighted work; official French question texts remain subject to the Etalab 2.0 license).

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French consumer law.
